Mode of Deliveries

We process most of our deliveries through partner logistics. As a marketplace, our featured sellers have the option of making deliveries via other reputable couriers or delivering your order to you themselves. We recommend you pre-pay to naijamegamart.com via company account of FREBLES SOLUTIONS LTD OR (via Stripe or Paystack) for your order in order to take advantage of our Buyer Protection Program. Some deliveries may be processed through reputed couriers (there is no added cost to this).

What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 1-7 working days however, this may vary by location and even product. Any other payment apart from Delivery fee? There are no extra costs apart from the delivery fee. The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay.

Which logistics company do Naijamegamart use?

We use GIG Logistics as our major dispatch deliveries for deliveries outside Lagos. Also we partnered other form of secured logistics that works within time frame. How fast can I get my order? You can get your order within 1-7 days with GIG logistics or partnered deliveries. regardless of order and the location for delivery. However, this depends on the product Vendor i.e vendor terms of delivery. You can identify such product vendor at checkout.

Cost of Shipping

Delivery within Lagos ranges between N1500 and N3,000 depending on the location of the customer. Delivery outside of Lagos ranges between N2,500 and N5,000 depending on the location. Big / Large items deliveries will be contacted for discussion.
